고양문화재단의 의뢰로 2026 고양미술축제 프리뷰 행사의 기록영상을 제작했습니다.

이번 프로젝트는 아람누리미술관 전관과 야외 공간에서 진행된 대규모 전시를 담는 작업이었습니다. 단순히 행사 현장을 기록하는 것을 넘어, 전시 공간과 작품이 만들어내는 분위기와 경험을 영상으로 전달하는 데 중점을 두었습니다.

각 전시관은 서로 다른 주제와 컨셉으로 구성되어 있었습니다. 저희는 공간마다 다른 분위기와 전시의 성격을 자연스럽게 담아내는 동시에, 정적인 전시가 영상에서는 생동감 있게 전달될 수 있도록 촬영 방식을 설계했습니다.

이를 위해 고정된 화면의 비중을 최소화하고 슬라이더와 짐벌을 적극적으로 활용한 움직임 중심의 촬영을 진행했습니다. 관람객이 실제 전시 공간을 걸으며 작품과 마주하는 흐름을 자연스럽게 느낄 수 있도록 구성했으며, 공간의 규모와 동선이 영상 안에서도 이어질 수 있도록 촬영에 집중했습니다.

기록영상은 단순히 작품을 나열하는 것이 아니라, 현장의 분위기와 전시가 가진 경험까지 함께 기록하는 작업이라고 생각합니다. 이번 프로젝트 역시 기존의 전시 기록영상과는 조금 다른 리듬과 움직임을 통해, 관람객이 현장에서 느끼는 공간의 흐름과 감각을 영상으로 다시 경험할 수 있도록 구현했습니다.

좋은 전시 기록영상은 작품만 기록하는 것이 아니라, 그 공간에서만 느낄 수 있는 경험까지 함께 기록하는 일이라고 생각합니다.

Commissioned by the Goyang Cultural Foundation, we produced the official preview film for the 2026 Goyang Art Festival.

This project documented a large-scale exhibition spanning the entire Aram Nuri Museum and its outdoor spaces. Rather than simply recording the event itself, our goal was to capture the atmosphere of the exhibition and the experience created by the relationship between the artworks and the space.

Each gallery was curated around a distinct theme and concept.

Our approach was to preserve the unique character of each exhibition while ensuring that the stillness of the gallery translated into a sense of movement and energy on screen.

To achieve this, we minimized static shots and relied heavily on sliders and gimbal movements throughout the production.

The camera was designed to follow the natural rhythm of a visitor walking through the exhibition, allowing viewers to experience the scale, flow, and spatial connections of the galleries as if they were there themselves.

We believe an exhibition film should do more than simply document artworks.

It should preserve the atmosphere of the space and the experience shared by its visitors.

For this project, we explored a visual language with a different rhythm and cinematic movement from conventional exhibition documentation, allowing audiences to experience the flow and sensory qualities of the exhibition through film.

A great exhibition film doesn't simply record the artworks—it preserves the unique experience that can only exist within that space.
